Beth Roland is a Board-Certified Elder Law Specialist with a deep personal connection to the families she serves. As a de facto caregiver for her aging father, she understands first-hand the challenges her clients face, and brings both empathy and expertise to every case.

Beth earned her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Sweet Briar College. She began her career in Virginia, spending over a decade in general litigation and appellate practice before relocating to Florida in 2002. She joined The Florida Bar in 2013, focusing on Elder Law, and earned her Board Certification in 2023.

Beth currently serves her second term on the Board Certification Committee of the Florida Bar's Elder Law Section. She also participates in the Defending Best Interests Program, a collaboration between the Statewide Guardian ad Litem Program and the Appellate Practice Section to provide appellate advocacy for Florida's abused, neglected, and dependent children.

Beth joined Estate and Elder Law Counsel, P.A. to work alongside her friend and former colleague, Jeanette Mora. Together, they focus on Guardianship, Estate Planning, Probate, and Medicaid Eligibility Planning.
